Nexxus care are recruiting support workers to support clients within their own homes following a stay in hospital.
Our reablement service aims to provide the necessary support for people to regain or retain their skills as well as their confidence to ensure they are able to complete day to day tasks after their stay in hospital. We see this service as a “do with” and not a “do for”.

About You
You do not necessarily need to have worked in care previously as we offer the full support and training required to fulfil the role. However, you will be required to be:
Flexible
A driver with FULL access to your OWN vehicle
Honest, trustworthy, reliable, adaptable, patient and empathetic.
Attending our 3 Day Induction training
