Facilities

Meadowyrthe is a large care home that features forty-one roomy bedrooms, ten of which are respite for planned or emergency use. When entering Meadowrythe you are welcomed with open arms, as our bright foyer featuring a glass roof makes the home feel welcoming and fresh.

Within Meadowyrthe there is a large kitchen with a team of staff who provide daily fresh meals for the residents within the home. Meadowyrthe consists of 2 floors split into 4 households (Willow, Poppy, Buttercup and Bluebell). Each household features separate lounges that include a small kitchen, which is wonderful for encouraging residents to become more independent and also providing additional dining areas in case residents don’t want to socialise in our main dining room.

Accessibility is not an issue at Meadowryrthe as a lift situates itself in the centre of the building ensuing residents that struggle with mobility can get from the ground floor to the first floor with ease.

While big care homes can sometimes feel crammed. Meadowrythe definitely has lots of space, with its open high ceiling corridors and big windows which allow rays of natural light to come through. Creating a homely and happy atmosphere at Meadowrythe.
