Actioning from the feedback our service user & employee surveys provided. We will be hosting our very first event across all areas of the business. This is to engage with residents, staff and even family members. Not only will we be organising this fantastic event, but we will also be doing it all for charity! and the charity we have picked is the charity our staff have chosen to support The British Heart Foundation.
This event is planned to make you feel like you are actually stepping into the magical world of “Oz” like never before with our Wizard of Oz interactive Experience. Our aim is to transform you to the enchanting Land of Oz, where fantasy meets reality in a thrilling and interactive journey. The event will start as you enter the specially designed room, you’ll be greeted by a real-life scarecrow that sets the stage for the adventure that lies ahead. The air is charged with anticipation as you take your seat, surrounded by sound and visual effects that will bring the story to life.
As the lights dim, the movie begins, and the familiar tale of Dorothy and her companions unfolds before your eyes. Feel the rush of excitement as The experience becomes truly immersive as Dorothy first meets the good witch of the north, you will experience a rush as you see the bright delicate and captivating spheres of air travel through the screen. The beauty of these bubbles make it a source of fascination for people of all ages.
A real-life Dorothy on her remarkable journey finds her way face to face with the residents as she makes her way down the Yellow Brick Road. Not only this but as Dorothy and her friends face challenges and triumphs, you’ll feel your senses as you will catch the faint scent of freshly bloomed flowers and find yourself in a bed of poppies as it happens right on the screen.
As you traverse through the enchanting landscapes of Munchkinland, the Emerald City, and the eerie Haunted Forest, the theater will transform into a sensory wonderland. The vivid colours of the Land of Oz will dazzle your eyes, while the sounds of the characters’ voices will resonate in your ears, immersing you in their hopes, dreams, and fears.
But don’t forget that the Wizard of Oz interactive Experience isn’t just a visual and auditory feast. We will be using this opportunity to raise money for charity and promote the business. all money from this event will go directly to the charity. This is why there will be an entry fee and an opportunity to buy items. Not only will we be raising money for charity but we will also be creating social media content i.e. videos, pictures and even TIKTOK’S…..
Our Wizard of Oz interactive Experience is a perfect opportunity for creating memories and starts us off with a bang with the new services. It takes a beloved classic and elevates it to new heights, capturing people’s hearts.
This event won’t be running at the following branches; Cannock Branch, Reablement Branch & Stafford Branch. However, an event is coming your way very soon so keep your eyes peeled!
