Ideally you will be an experienced Recruiter, you will also need to have a passion that drives you to hire the right person, so as to enable us to grow our business. We are a care organisation who specialises in providing care services to our clients throughout Staffordshire & are now recruiting an In House Recruiter.

The role is to identify, attract & shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business brief & providing general administrative support to the recruitment function.

Main Duties:

  • Identify, attract & shortlist candidates for the requirements of the business brief
  • Research, identify & attract candidates using all appropriate methods
  • Monitor responses/applications received & ensure candidates applications are processed efficiently
  • Qualify, shortlist & present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies
  • Assist in the recruitment & selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates & internal teams
  • Initiate, manage & develop candidate relationships
  • Understand & meet agreed KPIS & targets
  • Complete pre-employment & compliance checks in line with company policy & relevant legislation
  • Provide support to ensure that the candidates receive a professional recruitment service at all times
  • Seek & provide feedback to candidates
  • Organise candidate open days, job fairs & exhibitions
  • Accurate recording of all candidate information
  • Use job boards, social media & other sources to attract & source candidates

Experience & Skills Required

  • Previous experience within recruitment, ideally within Social Care
  • Knowledge of job boards & CV searching facilities
  • Self-motivated & able to identify opportunities
  • Driven & determined to achieve targets & objectives
  • Excellent attention to detail & accuracy skills
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Excellent written, verbal & listening skills
  • Innovative within candidate attraction
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment & adaptable to change

Areas covered, Alrewas, Fradley, Barton, Hanbury, Tutbury, Marchington, Stretton, Walton, Willington and all surrounding areas

Experience desirable but having a caring nature, the willingness to learn and desire to make a difference would also be considered. You will be treated with respect, listened to, supported and encouraged to be the best Support Worker you can be. You will be given the training, tools and most importantly the support you need to be the best you can be

Responsibilities of a Reablement Support Worker

Our Support Workers work in the community delivering a specialised Reablement Service to vulnerable people leaving hospital in their own homes, for a period of up to six weeks with the aim of enabling them to become as independent as possible.

Requirements of a Support Worker (Reablement Support Worker)

  • A caring attitude and a desire to help people to become more independent
  • Must have full clean Driving licence and access to a car due to the nature of the service
  • Ability to join and form part of a strong supportive team
  • Willingness to undertake training and gain qualifications for your personal progression

  • Hours of work will be a choice of
  • Early Shift 7am until 2.00pm or Late Shift 3.00pm until 10.00pm
  • We work over 7 days so must be able to work every other weekend.
